This was great as it showed us some of why the aboriginals cared and continue to care about Uluru, as well as getting the best understanding of exactly how big it is.

An amazing event to see, the color changes on Uluru as the sun comes up are unbelievable. It may sound obvious, but make sure you take a ton of photos as the sun rises, then you can truly appreciate how the colors change when you look at the photos in order. To get right up to the rock on the base walk and see all the variations in color and texture, as well as cave paintings, as the guide explained the aboriginal history and stories of the area was fantastic. The cultural center was very interesting too, well worth a visit to.

See Uluru from the air or from a distance is different from actually being there in its presence. It's amazing to witness its sheer size and magic. The tour guide was knowledgeable, humorous and this tour is worthwhile!

The trip itself was well worth it, as long as the tour company remembers to pick you up.

Excellent walks but toilets long way from base walk and guide did not allow enough time for us to get back and we had to catch up. Otherwise very interesting and guide very informative.

Our tour guide for this trip was excellent & gave us a fantastic insight into Aboriginal folklore. My only criticism is that the sunset viewing point is very close to the rock so makes taking clear photos difficult - however this is no fault of the tour provider - merely a suggestion for overall improvement of the sunset viewings.

Excellent guide. The walk isn't all the way around the base but you do get to see cavewall paintings and various rock formations. The sunrise is a bit overated but still worth doing. Enjoyed it.

We flew to Ayers Rock in the morning, did the sunset and sunrise tours, and then flew out the next day. The area is really beautiful.

We would do it again but although our guide was quite informative, we feel the impact of the history of Uluru would be much greater if indigenous people were the guides.

This was good but I think I would do the Awakings tour next time. It includes a BBQ breakfast and the people I spoke to said it was brilliant!
