What a great way to see in the New Year. Everything about this trip was quality. The food, drink, staff. I will definitely look forward to taking this cruise again.

The trip was amazing and very well worth the money. Had a brilliant time, the silver boat was great with the top viewing deck to see the New Year's fireworks and the food was fantastic. The only thing that could have been approved on was having more chairs for dinner and then putting them away after as the food was not really finger fork food, you had to sit down to eat it. Apart from that it was brilliant, thanks had a great night.

We really enjoyed the experience. The food was good and there was plenty to drink. The staff were very friendly and also very helpful. I would recommend it highly to my friends.

A great evening with pleasant people and professional staff. Seating a little cramped but as whole an enjoyable experience. I am not sure if seeing the fireworks from the boat would be good on the river from an advantageous spot. We had to get off the boat to see the fireworks.

We had a great time - so glad we did it. Loved the type of music played, it was definitely our thing! Good idea to have put us into age groups too, booking over the internet not knowing much about these boat cruises we were a bit worried there would be old people and/or little kids.

A good New Year's Eve. Organisation at the start was a bit chaotic but the food and drink were plenty full and the idea of having different age ranges and different music on different boats worked well.

The food was not nice, there was not enough seating, the wine selection was not good, the only juice available was orange juice I am allergic to oranges, the DJ was crap.

Very crowded. Music barely audiable outside. Nowhere to sit. Overall a disappointing experience. The only positive was the actual route, and the view of the fireworks which made the experience ok.

Monotonous views. Instead of repeated journeys back and forth over a short stretch, would have preferred longer journeys up and down river.

The standard of the boat was extremely disappointing, particularly when you consider the price. We were expecting a boat with a larger deck - ie something that would fit more than about 10 people. The boat was overcrowded which made the night extremely uncomfortable. Definitely would NOT recommend the Melbourne River Cruise for bringing in the New Year. We were very disappointed.

We were extremely disappointed. There were far too many on the boat making it extremely difficult to eat and enjoy the food, we had to stand all night in very cramped conditions and the view position for the fireworks was far from ideal. I will not be recommending it.

Too crowded, not enough seats which made eating nearly impossible, impossible for most people to see the fireworks because of tiny outdoor area. Terrible food, dry sushi, seafood had lack of flavour, dry cold meats etc. Too hot inside, they didn't have enough glasses so you had to stick to yours for a refill, cheesy music. Not worth that money at all. Quite disappointing.
