Broome Sightseeing Pass

Save money when you buy in advance and choose an open-dated touring package that takes the hassle out of planning, leaving you free to relax on your vacation. The Broome Sightseeing Pass is a great design-it-yourself touring pass with 4 different options. Passes are only available for purchase prior to your arrival in Broome and provide savings of up to 20% off the cost of making the same arrangements once in Broome.

All 4 passes are open-dated and include personalized airport meet and greet, and return accommodation transfers with an en route town orientation on arrival, plus an afternoon Half Day Broome Sights tour. Depending on which pass you select, there is also the option to include 1, 2 or 3 exciting Full Day tours.

Broome Sightseeing Pass inclusions are as follows:

• Pass 1: Incl. airport arrival and departure transfers, a half day Broome city sightseeing tour with Cable Beach Sunset Camel Ride (allow at least 1 night in Broome)
• Pass 2: Incl. airport arrival and departure transfers, a half day Broome city sightseeing tour with Cable Beach 4WD, PLUS 1 full day tour (allow at least 2 nights in Broome)
• Pass 3: Incl. airport arrival and departure transfers, a half day Broome city sightseeing tour with Cable Beach 4WD, PLUS 2 full day tours (allow at least 3 nights in Broome)
• Pass 4: Incl. airport arrival and departure transfers, a half day Broome city sightseeing tour with Cable Beach 4WD, PLUS 3 full day tours (allow at least 4 nights in Broome)

Please note that the Broome tours included on the pass are seasonal and only operate between certain months of the year. No tours will operate in February.

Broome Sightseeing Pass is open-dated.

The validity for each tour included in this pass will vary. Broome Touring Season operates from April to October every year. The starting date for tours will depend upon road conditions in the remote Kimberley region. No tours operate from mid-December to late-February.

Departure Point: You are met on arrival in Broome and transferred to your accommodation Departure Time: Broome Sightseeing Pass commences with a meet and greet airport transfer and town orientation on your arrival in Broome Return details: The Broome Sightseeing Pass concludes with an airport transfer on your departure from Broome Hotel Pickup: Hotel pick ups are provided for the optional full day tours, half day Broome city sightseeing tour and departure airport transfer. If you require a hotel pick-up, you must specify the name and address of your hotel when making your booking. If no hotel name is advised at time of booking, you must make your own way to the Australian Pinnacle Tours office for departure OR you may call the tour operator at least 24 hours prior to tour commencement to obtain the closest pick up location to your hotel. One of the best ways to see the spectacular sunset at Cable Beach is from the back of a camel! This afternoon tour of Broome gives you an insight into Broome's pearl industry history, a tour through Chinatown and Gantheaume Point, before climbing aboard your camel for a ride along the sands whilst watching the sun go down. This is definitely one of Broome's highlights!

Experience a 4WD adventure to the remote wilderness area of Cape Leveque. Visit the Beagle Bay and Lombadina Aboriginal communities to met the locals and perhaps purchase their arts and crafts. The days highlight is the unspoiled beach haven of Cape Leveque, where you have free time to swim, relax and explore its tranquil beauty. A Kimberley adventure for everyone

Full Day 4WD Geikie Gorge and Aboriginal Heritage Adventure

Operates: Tuesday and Thursday (April - October) and Tuesday only (November - December 24th)


Considered one of the great marvels of the Kimberley, Geikie Gorge has long been one of the most visited icons of the region. This journey is brought to life with a memorable Aboriginal cultural tour that will leave you with a great respect for the people and the prehistoric geology surrounding this treasured gorge.

Full Day 4WD Geikie Gorge Experience (With CALM cruise)

Operates: Tuesday and Thursday (April - October)


As above but with a 1 hour cruise with CALM (National Park Authority) included, instead of the 2 hour Darngku Heritage Cruise hosted by local Bunuba Aboriginal Cultural guides.

Full Day 4WD Windjana Gorge and Tunnel Creek Adventure

Operates: Monday, Wednesday and Friday (April - October) and Wednesday and Sunday (November - December 24th)


Get a taste of the remote Kimberley region on this 4WD adventure. See the Prison Boab Tree, once used to house convicts. Travel along the famous Gibb River Road, once a stock route, to Windjana Gorge and its spectacular landforms. Get your shoes wet as you walk through Tunnel Creek, a flooded tube tunnel. You are sure to agree that Mother Nature was remarkable when she created the Kimberley.

Full Day Aboriginal Cultural Experience and Broome Town Tour

Operates: Monday, Wednesday and Friday (April - October)

Combine a terrific 'hands on' morning Aboriginal Cultural tour with an afternoon town tour of Broome. Learn about life in Broome from the perspective of local Aboriginal people, contrasted with that of a European aspect in the afternoon. Mamabulangin Aboriginal Tours will show you old age customs and survival skills of the local Aboriginal people. You can even try throwing a spear or boomerang, and maybe even dig for shellfish (tide permitting). You will have approximately 45 minutes of free time back in Broome, before joining the afternoon Broome Town Tour with Australian Pinnacle Tours. Your afternoon tour highlights include an historical sound show at the famous Sun Pictures, Roebuck Bay at Town Beach, the Japanese Cemetery, Gantheaume Point, Anastasia's Pool and sunset at Cable Beach.


The Full Day Aboriginal Cultural Experience and Broome Town Tour with Cable Beach Sunset Camel Ride is the same as above except you will experience a Camel Ride on Cable Beach, as the sun disappears over the horizon.

Full Day Historic Derby, Aboriginal Art and Station Tea

Operates: Monday only (April - October) and Monday and Thursday (November - January and March)


Derby is known for Australia's highest tides and being the first township in the Kimberley. On this tour you will visit the wharf and historic sites. Tour highlights include a stop at Willare Roadhouse for morning tea (own expense), a visit to the Mowanjum Aboriginal Community (subject to availability) to view their renowned Wandjina art works, sightseeing in Derby, lunch at the Boab Inn (own expense), devonshire tea at Birdwood Downs Station and a stop at the Prison Boab Tree.

Broome Fishing Cruise

Operates: Daily (April to October)

Spend a day aboard the finest day fishing boat in Broome with a fully qualified and experienced crew who assist in making your day relaxed and enjoyable. Day fishing is conducted within 30 kilometers from Broome with the skipper continually monitoring fish presence and seeking out spots for the best catch. Fish regularly caught in these waters include coral trout, snapper, trevally, red emperor, shark and many other delicious eating fish. Trawling with lures for Spanish Mackerel is conducted on the way out and on return from the reefs with all passengers sharing in part of the days catch. This great sea going vessel is equipped with under cover shaded seating, beer esky and on board restroom. All bait and fishing gear is provided and your hosts are on hand with expert assistance for novices. BYO welcome!
