Bus was waiting for us at the Cairns Airport and Viator person had our names on a whiteboard. Fast trip into town, excellent all around.

We used the Viator transfer service to and from the Cairns airport and Port Douglas. I would highly recommend it to everyone. The drivers were both super friendly, professional and really interesting to talk to, we had a nice chat on both trips. The online booking system was very user friendly also.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and punctual. A bus was arranged to pick us up personally as the original bus had been held up on the way by a road accident.

The only thing I will pick on is, why do you send so many reminders to print the vouchers when they are not even looked at by the drivers? I didn't initially print the correct voucher and was stressed that I didn't have what was needed, but there was no reason to worry because I wasn't even asked for it on the day.

Driver arrived at our hotel on time and helped with our luggage. He was very friendly and we talked the whole way back to the airport. Asked about our visit, etc.
