Fantastic tour, driver was awesome.
Great tour! The guide Alan was very informative, lots of stories to hear, lots of things to see, and nice pictures to take. My only suggestion is: don't forget your motion sickness pills if you have ever needed those, the road along the ocean is very winding.
The tour was excellent. The guide, Travis, was funny, friendly, approachable and he knew how to tell a good story to keep the tour lively. He paced the tour very well and gave the due consideration to the elderly so that they were able to move and catch up with the rest of the group. Thumbs up!
We had an unbelievably fantastic time. The bus was extremely comfortable, the WiFi worked very well and the places we visited were marvellous, but the best thing of all was Lee the tour guide - he was positively brilliant! Knowledgeable, interesting but most of all entertaining - he deserves a pay rise!!!!
The only thing that I was disappointed in was the lunch. It was really pretty ordinary food with a very limited choice and I think you would do better to just let people buy their own as the town had plenty of food options.
But all in all the trip was terrific and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this trip, Viator and Go West to anyone. Great value for money!
Wow we were a bit hesitatant going on a bus tour but this was everything and more our bus tour driver Katie is a very big asset to your company her local knowledge was awesome we were in company with people from all over and we would not see anywhere near what was on this tour if you drive yourself
The tour exceeded my expectations, the guide was very friendly. Although lunch was saying that was not included, took us to a Thai restaurant and ate without paying anything more. The morning tea was very complete with different types of cakes, chocolate and coffee. At night we stopped for dinner before arrival. recommended 100%

It was an excellent trip! We thought it would be a very tiring day but even if it went for 13h it was a great experience! The 12 Apostles is definitely one of the main spots to visit at the G.Ocean Road, but there are a lot of other places that are worth seeing such as the shipwreck coast, bells beach, London Bridge and Loch Ard Gorge and the walk in the rainforest, you wont miss them with this tour. The tour guide, Dave, made the day different! He was really good :) I will definitely do this tour again!!

The Sight is Amazing! The Guide/Drive (Paulie) was humourous! There was Free Wi-Fi on the bus. Great Value and Great Time!

I booked this tour last minute and I had an amazing time! The views were breathtaking and the tour was so much fun. It was worth every penny and I'm so glad I went. A must if you're visiting Melbourne!!!

We had a great driver, Pauly! He made the trip so fun, a highlight while in Melbourne. The trip is long about 12 hours but well worth it so see such beautiful scenery along the coast. Pre ordering our lunches was great as time is very valuable, and was really good! Our family of 4 (12 yr. old twin boys and husband) enjoyed the WI FI on board! Really a very enjoyable day with this tour!
We had a very good tour guide. He kept the trip interesting during the driving sections and also was very good about pointers and going out with the groups during the stops. I wish I could remember his name but I know that he had only been doing this tour for a couple of weeks. Loved the overall tour. Long day but definitely went faster due to the tour guide. Would definitely do this again!!!
U guys are rocking.i loved the tour to great ocean rd and specially our tour guide/driver(ALLAN) he is the best in this field.im looking forward for philip island tour with viator and Allan asap.
The tour was fantastic, probably because our tour guide, Lenny, was so good. He really seemed to enjoy telling people about the areas we were passing through, and he went out of his way to make everything comfortable for the guests.
It is a long day, but, I don't think that can be avoided. I truly enjoyed our time at the 12 Apostles, and in the Rain Forest. The stop for lunch was a bit too short, and the food was not that good, but we weren't there for gourmet food, so it was okay.
