- Melbourne Domestic Airport - T3 (Virgin Blue) Driver will be waiting at the Meeting Point at the bottom of the escalator in the Arrivals Hall. T1 (Qantas) Driver will be waiting at the Meeting Point near luggage carousel #3 in the Arrivals Hall.
- Melbourne International Airport - Please proceed to The Meeting Point sign (Arrivals Hall). It is a large red sign about 30 metres from the Travelers Information Desk, situated in the Arrivals Hall, where the driver will wait for you.
- Linfox Avalon Airport Arrival Meeting Point - Please proceed outside the airport terminal, where the driver will be waiting for you.
- Tiger Airlines Meeting Point - You will need to make your own way from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 (T3, Virgin Blue) and meet the driver on the ground floor at the designated Driver Meeting Point at the bottom of the escalators in the arrivals hall. The distance from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 is approx 100 metres.

- Tullamarine Airport in Melbourne is approximately 18 - 20 kilometers from downtown Melbourne and the journey takes approximately 25- 30 minutes. An additional 15 minutes should be allowed if passengers are travelling from Carlton or St. Kilda.
- Avalon Domestic Airport (Jetstar Flights only) traveling time is approximately 60 minutes to Franklin Street, 50 minutes Southern Cross Station and 25 minutes Werribee.
