- Crab and prawn ripieni drizzled with light pesto butter and shaved parmesan
- Carpaccio of rare Angus fillet with white bean puree and sage olive oil dressing
- Vegetarian antipasto - marinated mushrooms, flame grilled artichoke hearts, Mediterranean beans and risonne

- Fillet of Tasmanian salmon with roast chat potatoes, asparagus frizzled leeks and citrus hollandaise sauce
