Our driver was very informative and enthusiastic about Alice Springs, Katajuta, and Uluru. He was an excellent driver and the trip, whilst long, was the best way to see the rock.

A long day, but worth every minute. We had a small group and one of the best tour guides I have ever had, anywhere. She was unreal and her humour, ease, and knowledge made this trip to Uluru fantastic. Kudos!

The driver there was a great narrator and kept us well informed. He was a good 'chef' too. The sunset meal was yummy and the Champagne welcome, as the temperature was still in the 30s Celsius. An added natural highlight was the nearby bush fire and the crews back-burning along the road to Kata Tjuta. I love my picture of only half Uluru as the other half is obscured by smoke. I only wish we could have pulled in to the lookout used by other vehicles to get a better look at The Olgas in full panorama. Yours was the only tour I could find offering both geographic wonders in one trip and the prime reason I booked. I wouldn't have missed it! Thanks.

Going to Uluru was like traveling to the heart of Australia. I enjoyed climbing the rocks.

A bit of a long day, but the tour covered everything we could have thought of. Tour guide was very good and gave lots of details on everything. Good value for the money.

The trip was well organized, and the driver's knowledgeable commentary added to our enjoyment of the tour. Comments made by the driver on the return to Alice Springs regarding the mechanical condition of the bus were not appreciated. If the driver thought that the bus might not be able to make the return trip, other arrangements should have been made. The condition of the bus was also mentioned as a reason why people were not dropped off at their hotels but were made to walk from other locations.

We had a good time, but the trip was a little too long for my wife and me. We were picked up about 5:30 a.m. and dropped off close to midnight.
Dinky, the singing dingo at Jim's Place, was a hit during the morning stop. We enjoyed company of all those on the trip from many different countries. Uluru was massive and imposing and became an instant hit with the tour group. I wanted to walk around Uluru, but the tour guide only gave us 45 minutes at each trail. The climbing portion was closed this day. The dinner was so-so; we had cold cuts and wine. The crowd was a little overwhelming since they expected to have over 400 people to view the sun setting over Uluru. Generally, people were nice, but a few crowded in front of our tour group to take pictures.
The morning tour guide gave us better cultural information along the way and seemed more friendly. The afternoon guide brought us to the Olgas immediately, so we didn't stop for lunch until 2 p.m. after we had seen the Olgas. We had 30 minutes at the Cultural Centre and Cafe and maybe could have used a couple of more minutes there to see more of the cultural part.
The long trip back was tiresome, and we mostly slept except for one pit stop. At the beginning of the return, we did see red kangaroos and several other kangaroos on the road.
The trip was good. The driver was really good and he was able to tell a lot about Australia, the trip itself and the country. All together very good, but could have been a bit less fast. We only had a little time to stay at every place.

I could have easily walked for pickup since the office was a block away, but instead had to ride 20 minutes after pick up to get to the actual office. At least the driver was very nice, and I especially liked 'Dinky the Singing Dingo' at the first rest stop.

Do the tour yourself in a car. They were a farse, didn't even pick me up where confirmed even after I called them the pm before, totally wrecked my holiday!!
