Travel from Vienna International Airport to your Vienna City hotel. Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a shared shuttle transfer.
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Vienna City hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

- The duration of transfers are approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- Each traveler is allowed maximum 1 pieces of luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. - Please be aware that shuttle transfers will be operated by a minibus and you may have to wait a maximum of 15 minutes before the transfer departs. The drop off hotels will be approached according to their distance from the airport.
- The cost includes 15 minutes waiting time. For every further 15 minutes EUR5.00 will be charged directly to you by the company.
