Provence Afternoon Half-Day Trip from Avignon
Visit the tiered village of Gordes, overlooking the rivers Sorgue and Calavon. The top of the village is crowned by a sturdy chateau built between the 11th and 16th centuries. One of the most beautiful villages in France and completely made with dry stones.
Visit Roussillon (Optional):
You can also upgrade to visit Roussillon. The tour will be extended by one and half hours to 6:30pm. Drive through the Luberon regional park region full of charm, known for its beautiful countryside and picturesque hill-top villages including Roussillon which is famous for its red and yellow ochre cliffs and unusual natural landscape.

Excellent tour in a new, comfortable vehicle with a highly knowledgeable French driver whose English was first-class. His ability to drive safely while answering a wide variety of questions from his 4 passengers should be commended.

There was a lot packed into a half day on this tour but it was wonderful. I highly recommend the Roussignol and Gordes add-on. The small number of people in the mini-van is much better than a bus tour and the van can go places that are impossible in a bus. Highly recommended.
