Day 1: Ayers Rock - Kings Canyon
Depart Ayers Rock at 12.30pm and travel through the vast desert landscapes of the Australian 'Outback'. Stop to view the amazing Atila (Mt Conner) mesa, or flat-topped mountain. Continue to the impressive Watarrka National Park, home of the remarkable formation of Kings Canyon and the George Gill Ranges.
Overnight Accommodation: Kings Canyon Resort - Located just seven kilometers from Watarrka National Park, the home of the extraordinary sandstone formation of Kings Canyon. Designed with the utmost sensitivity to the environment, the Resort is a single-storey construction that blends in quietly with the surrounding area while providing a range of quality accommodation. There is a restaurant for fine dining, a cafe for affordable light meals and an outdoor BBQ area.
Day 2: Kings Canyon Rim Walk - Alice Springs
For the more energetic, enjoy an early guided walk to the rim of Kings Canyon enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the towering orange walls. Continue through the domed rock formation of the 'Lost City', then descend into the lushly vegetated valley where the 'Garden of Eden' is found (good supportive footwear, hat and water are essential - the walk takes around three hours and requires a reasonable degree of fitness). An alternative easy walk along the canyon floor is also available, affording stunning views of the canyon walls looming above. Depart for Kings Creek Station, an operating cattle station, start to learn a little about life on an 'Outback' property. Together with its day to day cattle operations, Kings Creek Station herds and exports wild camels to Arabian countries for breeding and racing. Early in the afternoon, depart for Alice Springs.

I did not realise that Viator were an Agent until afterwards, the trip was the same price as booking direct and I will be using again for other trips.
