This was very easy with no waiting and accommodating drivers. Just take a left out of the airport and they were right there.

It saves a lot of time and hustle and bustle, you know exactly what to look for. The only negative is the driver had a sign posted for tips and told you exactly how much to give. I thought tipping was at the customer's discretion. I gave the amount stated, but grudgingly. All the other locations I've travelled never had anything posted as such. I guess not all of them do because on the return trip this driver had no signs posted.

Had to wait for driver in bus with little or no air conditioning for transfer from airport to hotel. Return trip to airport much better though.

Would have been cheaper to take a cab. We pre-paid our trip to and from the resort airport. Then once we got to Nassau we were expected to tip 4 different people just to get our bags loaded onto the bus. Then still expected to tip the bus driver. Was a very expensive ride to say the least. We could have saved taking a cab!

The trip from the airport to the hotel was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and the driver pointed out everything. The trip back to the airport was very poor. The driver argued with the passengers about tickets for 10 minutes. The driver turned around 10 minutes after leaving the hotel to kick other people off the bus who didn't have tickets we ended up 30 minutes behind schedule. Poor service by the driver getting our bags off the bus.

Transfer was 45 minutes late picking us up for our departure flight. We almost missed our flight. I would have rather taken a cab.

Upon arrival in Nassau we were put on a bus and sat on the bus for 40 minutes before leaving for our hotel. The bus was also 20 minutes late picking us up at the hotel at the end of the trip. I should have taken a cab.

There was no sign with our name on it as described. We had to walk around asking for the bus. It was dirty, hot and crowded. We had to wait half hour for what, I do not know. A cab would have cost half the price and were readily available. I would not recommend this to anyone. Take a cab...faster, cheaper and no wait.

No one was there to meet flight and had to locate bus and driver on arrival. Bus was 20 minutes late on departure trip. Driver made no effort to help with luggage but still expected a tip.

Trip going was ok. Return was a disaster. Went to counter the day before we left to confirm our time for pick. Was told everything was ok for 9:30am pick up. Bus did not show up. Called office, told no pickup was sent. After 20 minutes on phone bus was sent. Driver had an attitude because we had 16 people. We loaded luggage ourself.
