nice trip, but i was a bit disappointed, we didn't visit Ubud at all! First steps were in shops: batik, jewellery, paintings etc...

The trip was good and interesting however our vechicle was poor there were only 6 guests on the trip and the car had no leg room, just enough spce for the feet but not allow any movement and as it was a very long day all guests were particularly uncomfortable in the vechicle. the guide was good and the driver was excellent on what was a difficult road, you felt safe and secure with him driving. my only complaint was the car otherwise the trip was good.

It was OK. My highlights was the coffee plantage with the tasting of different teas and coffees. The Barong dance is really nice, too. But unfortunately is the bigger part of the tour just driving to local shops where they try to sell you stuff. That wasn't so nice... We just drove through Ubud... I had hoped to see the monkey forest, but we didnt...

Our guide for the trip was lovely, and very informative about Balinese culture. However, we did not stop in Ubud and visited 4 shops/factories in the morning, so that we did not reach Kintamani until the afternoon. As a limited factory tour, it was fine, but as a tour of Bali, it was disappointing.

I was really looking forward to visiting Ubud but this was not the case! Ubud is formed of villages, so we toured around the ubud villages but not in the actual Ubud centre, which was not made clear on the itinerary. I had to visit afterwards and Ubud is amazing! Also we visited silver, wood carving, painting "factories". Just a trick to sell stuff for tourist, these visits were pointless. Good parts of the trip were temples. You will be better off getting a driver and traveling where-ever you want to go!

The trip experience was good, however l don't think it worth for the value that we paid. Check with local tour agency. They can offer better rate with the same package. Always thought internet booking is always better rate the ad-hoc rate. Guess l was wrong.

The wood craft shop was pushy and we felt we were being pressurized into buying. The guy in the shop even had the cheek to ask for a tip for explaining how they made the carvings.

This tour was good, however too many stops to check out local stores of very little interest. Lunch was not included however. You are given no option but to eat at a particular restaurant, at the volcano summit. Tour guide was very informative and speaks English well.

Asked the driver to just go there and come back as the trip was too long - when you have seen one paddy field you have seen them all. I was back at lunch.

Too many craft stops.

One of the worst tours I've ever been on. Most of the day was spent taking us to expensive stores that was never mentioned in the viator tour blurb. Also the guide spent misty the day trying to convince us that we should see Ubud or temple and drove past the best photo op site for the volcano. It's was a disaster and I felt the guide was shifty making our feel uncomfortable about our safety.

I was dying to see the Kintamani Volcano, but all I saw was a mountain!! Based on the reviews, it was my understanding that its a live volcano, I couldn't even see any smoke. We were sitting almost 2 KM (areal distance.. maybe more) at a restaurant with a view of the mountain and a lake.
