Late at night arrivals at an airport you have never been too are always a worry. However with this service all was smooth to the door of our hotel.

Was happy with the transfer, was actually picked up in a private sedan and went directly to the hotel without any problems. I would recommend it for people visiting for the first time and want a hassle free experience to the airport.

We were met at the airport by transport company and taken directly to our hotel. They gave us a package of tour that could be taken while in Bangkok. These tours were good value compared to the tours the hotel offered.

Excellent airport to hotel shuttle. Was met on exit of immigration promptly and efficiently with English-speaking representative. Booked multi-person shuttle due to cost and was driven on own in luxury air conditioned car. Very comfortable ride and efficient service.

A convenient and relatively cost-effective way to travel, especially when you arrive at the crack of dawn as we did. By the way, be prepared for an extraordinarily long wait in the arrival hall to pass through a security check and customs Bangkok appears to be famous for it.

Everything went superbly - was met at the airport, easy to find the rep, very pleasant and polite. All was going good until the driver couldn't find my hotel, which made him annoyed. By the time he did find it, he literally just dumped my stuff on the side of the street and pointed out the hotel, then stormed off. I didn't think this was very professional. Everything up until this point was great though.

I arrived into Bangkok at 1130pm, having never been there before and on my own. I was met by a smiling person who saw me to the driver, gave him instructions to my hotel, and I didn't have to worry about anything. Very easy and reassuring!
