I had a fantastic experience in Thailand using Viator, especially considering I was late arriving and the wonderful driver waited for me for over an hour! I was met by friendly staff who gave me a welcome pack and escorted me to the vehicle and treated me like royalty. My sweet driver gave me useful advice and suggested places for a newbie to Thailand, and I was so pleased as I was a bit worried about what to do and where to go. I used the same company for guided tours and they were simply great. The guides were so friendly, warm and full of information and I really appreciated it. I cannot believe that for this price you get five star treatment, and I recommend everyone to use Viator.

Our flight was 17 hours late and when we arrived there was our guy with our name on a card waiting for us. What a relief!!!

Arrived in Bangkok very late on 26th Oct almost 27th! had to waited for my partner arriving on a different flight. Viator in Bangkok - waited for us and were transported to our hotel in a private car. I fully appreciated the prompt and very satisfactory service provided. Highly recommended!

Hassle free airport to hotel return transfers without having to haggle with a taxi driver or deal with the multitude of touts at the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, you see someone with your name on a placard. Transfers were always in an air conditioned Mercedes or Volvo. Would definitely use services again. Highly recommended.

After some initial problems locating the tour operator in the arrival hall--there are so many operators there trying to pick up passengers that I had to circle the hall twice to spot mine--my transfer to the hotel was fast, friendly and efficient. I will definitely use this service again on my next trip to Bangkok.
