Initially it was a bit confusing as we were looking for a Viator sign. However, all was perfect...thanks.
Pick up was faultless. We were met and escorted to our air con vehicle and driven directly to our hotel. Exactly what we asked for.

Our driver was early and met us in our hotel foyer. We had booked a 'shared' departure transfer and were lucky to have a private car turn up instead! Driver was friendly and helpful with baggage on arrival at the airport. Recommend this service, no hassles.

The easiest way to get from hotel to airport. Our shared departure was just the 4 persons in our party. Clean older style minibus. Polite helpful and smartly dressed staff. Very importantly - ontime / prompt, mostly early. Remember to be wherever your meeting point is 10minutes before your meeting time if you can as it is most likely your driver is already there.

Driver was early which was a good thing as during the floods the raods out of the city were very busy. Took me right to the correct departure entrance for my airline.
