The Tour East representative was waiting for us when we checked out at reception and quickly transferred us to our driver who had us at the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight. Great service and a stress free transfer.

A very reliable service. In addition to a driver, we had a guide to assist to the right area for check in for Lao Airlines and she made the process very quick and easy.
I would definitely use this service again.

After a long flight, it was comforting to see the Tour East agent holding a sign with my name on it. She introduced me to the driver, who took me to my hotel, and helped me with luggage.

friendly and on time - if u need a van instead of a car due to luggage just let them know ahead of time and they will accomodate
