This was an excellent show!! I really enjoyed myself every moment I was there, but I must admit that I did get a little sleepy. OMG, the chairs in the theater recline and are so comfortable and with the lights dim, makes perfect nap time. I would suggest the dinner as well. The dinner was excellent!!!
This was an amazing show, perfect organisation, great great food!
The most spectacular show I have ever seen! 125 performers, 500 costumes, 4 elephants, and a river flowing on stage, It is dazzling and at the same time educational. Amazing display of the culture and history of Thailand. My highest recommendation.
A truly enjoyable show. Love the costumes, sets and music. The buffet is great and the small theme park is interesting. Don't wait until the last minute to eat
Amazing! This is a huge production so if you are thinking touristy and cheesy - it is not! I highly recommend this show to anyone visiting Bangkok. It is fun, interesting and showcases some great talent! Great for adults as well as families. Go go go!
Siam Nimarit was the most amazing show I have ever seem. Live animals (including elephants) pass the stage, which is enormous. Parts of the stage are even filled up with water, with actors swimming in it. The interaction with the public is great and every scene explained in English. We were able to fully understand the story and had an unforgettable time there. Unmissable!
We only had the one night in Bangkok and wanted to do something special to finish our vacation, and this dinner and show looked good.
There was confusion when I reconfirmed the show the day prior. The provider did not want to pick me up at my hotel, which was inside the area some demonstrators were occupying. I had to threaten to cancel and demand my money back to get them to come for me, but they finally did. Sadly, the car (a near-new Toyota) overheated in the traffic. The driver was terrific in hailing a taxi, telling him where to take us and pre-paying him. He said he would be there to bring us back to the hotel afterward, but I doubted that.
The dinner featured very good food, but in a cafeteria-like setting. There were Western and Asian choices and all I tried were good. Drinks were not included, but they were very well priced.
The show was definitely worth all the trouble, though be aware that they take your cameras away from you, and are vigilant about anyone who tries to take a photo with his phone. They sell the audio track, but I didn't see a DVD of the performance for sale. It was as grand as the brochure suggests.
Finally, when we left the showroom, there was our driver to take us back to the hotel. It was a great night!
This was our first time using Viator, great experience. We arrived early enough to experience the Village and the elephants. The show was amazing.
A great show, an unexpected combination of Thai customs and Cirque du Soleil techniques, very well directed, staged and performed. All in all a way to be introduced into Thai living, although full of tourists. If you want to see what it interests you, you will be surprised of how much information it is offered.
The show is worth seeing. It is glamorous, ornate, and full of fabulous images. The food served, however, is acceptable, at best. It is a buffet that matches the quality of what you might expect in a college cafeteria. I would recommend the show and the trip through the Thai Village. However, I would skip the meal.
an immense , spectacular production . ultimately i was not engaged and whilst impressed i did not find it hugely enjoyable. the transfer was uneventful and sufficient time was allowed to negotiate Bangkok's crowded streets
