Useful Information
Atlantis Submarine Expedition
After a seven-minute scenic cruise with a quick talk by the Atlantis crew, you’ll arrive at the dive site, where you can see the submarine surfacing and make the easy transfer from the Ocean Quest to the Atlantis. You’ll be seated in spacious, air-conditioned comfort as your incredible underwater experience begins.
First, the submarine will dive to 55 feet (17 meters), where you can see the beautiful reef and the abundance of marine life, including spectacular coral, sponge and colorful fish, through large, clear viewing windows. The submarine will then descend to depths of 115 to 150 feet (35-45 meters) to view what has in the past been reserved only for scuba divers – a sunken shipwreck.
The 40-minute underwater journey is narrated by a knowledgeable co-pilot who will point out and explain the amazing sea life, as well as give a history of Atlantis and the submarine itself. After resurfacing, you will transfer back to the Ocean Quest and return to Shallow Draught. All adult tickets include a complimentary drink.
The Atlantis submarine is proud to be the first attraction in the Caribbean to receive the double award from Green Certification in alliance with Green Globe International.

It was nice to see what it would be like on a submarine and the coral was beautiful but I was expecting to see larger fish than we did and after 5 minutes it was all the same, all in all it was a nice excursion but I would not do it again.
