What an amazing, friendly welcome waiting for us when we arrived in Barbados - our driver gave us a fabulous journey to our hotel and pointed out all the places of interest on the way. People everywhere were so friendly and helpful and we had one of the best holidays ever. Our return journey to the airport was exactly as planned although we were very sad to be going home, but we will most certainly be returning to the island in the sun.
Airport transfer was on time, and adequate for my needs.
It was easy to book and convenient to be able to organise it before travelling.
When we arrived there was no one to meet us we had to call the company and had to wait a further twenty minutes. The return was a lot better with no problems the driver turned up 15 minutes early.
dissapointed upon arrival to barbados the van was not there to pick us up. Had to take a cab. however the company did reimburse us for the cost of the cab.

Didn't show up for pick-up at the airport, had to take a taxi. Showed up on time for pick up from hotel, refunded for taxi.
The transfer from the airport to the hotel was great. Very courteous.
The shuttle bus for the return transfer was late. We were forced to take a taxi cab to get to the airport. We called the day before and were told the transfer pick up would be at 12:30.
Pick up from the airport was handled well and I was delivered promptly to my hotel. Unfortunately, despite having confirmed my return journey 24 hours in advance I was not collected and had to make alternate last minute arrangements to get to the airport.
Impressed with the pick-up at the airport but not with the return journey. Despite several attempts to contact the tour operator and the independent taxi driver they hired, the taxi to take us to the airport did not turn up. We got a lift from a fellow holiday maker. I would definitely not recommend the operator for airport transfers.
