The airport transfer service was EXCELLENT.The price was fair. My only suggestion for Viator is to offer more transportation packages for visitors who are attending events like the Wine and Food Festival so it can be arranged before hand. Arranging local travel onsite to the events was a hassle.

Flight was cancelled going into Barbados. Arrived 5 hours later and could not notify driver. Return trip was very good. Great car and very clean.

When we arrived there was no one to meet us we had to call the company and had to wait a further twenty minutes. The return was a lot better with no problems the driver turned up 15 minutes early.

was dissapointed. confirmed my pick up and they werent at the airport to ger my husband and i had to take a cab. However the company did reimburse us for the cost of the cab.

Didn't show up for pick-up at the airport, had to take a taxi. Showed up on time for pick up from hotel, refunded for taxi.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was great. Very courteous.
The shuttle bus for the return transfer was late. We were forced to take a taxi cab to get to the airport. We called the day before and were told the transfer pick up would be at 12:30.
