Tour Guide, Enrique, was very knowledgeable. And skip the line was essential if you want to see so many great places in one day. The only thing missing was inside visit of Casa Batlo, which is a must if you are in Barcelona.

The tour and everything connected with it were great! They picked us up at the ship and took us on a city tour and the old city and Sagrada Familia and our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. We are only sorry we didn't get to take the full tour, but had to get back to the ship for departure. We have taken other Viator tours and have been very pleased with them and would recommend Viator to our friends and will book with you again whenever we travel. Thank you!

We were on a cruise ship vacation with Norwegian Cruise Line and Veronica (our tour guide from our Viator booking) met us at the Barcelona pier. On this day many passengers were getting off the cruise for the last time and I was afraid in the mass confusion that we would have trouble meeting up with this tour but Veronica was right on time and stood clearly with the limo drivers and had a sign with our name on it. It turns out that we were the only two people on the tour this day so we had a private tour! She was wonderful- very informative and relaxed. She took us to many historical and beautiful sights but my favorite place was La Sagrada Famila! (I didn't expect to be so moved by the beautiful church and the stories behind its construction- and it is still under construction!) We also stumbled upon a festival day in town and saw many exciting events (dancing and human pyramid competitions) taking place,. We were running behind schedule for the tour but Veronica never made us feel rushed. She completed the tour as planned and was a complete professional the entire tme, despite the fact we were the only people in the tour. I could't believe other cruisers hadn't signed up for this tour. Viator has a cruise ship guarantee for if you ever miss being back to the ship on time. At any rate, we took the half day tour and we had plenty of time to spend in town on our own and were back on board ship with many hours to spare. I highly recommend this tour!

After a bit of confusion as to our pick up time, the local office managed to come pick us up at the ship terminal, 35 minutes late. However, our tour with Nicholas, or Nicco, more than made up for that delay. He was a walking historian giving interesting insight on all the places we stopped. Ask for him! I would never attempt to walk the Gothic quarter without his guidance. Fabulous!

Unfortunately a washout day, Was very much looking forward to the day, saw the church and appartments but unfortunately PLAN B well there wasn't one. Disappointing but we will now return and try to see the sights again.
