The office was somewhat hard to find but once we did, we had no problem with the transfer.
Fantastic, not an issue, we did have to get directions on were the shuttle was but they were easy directions. Once on the shuttle it was smooth sailing to our Hotel Ciutat de Barcelona.
This worked extremely well, once I read the instructions properly and went to the shuttle office, The driver was quite good about pointing things out to us as he drove the various hotels to drop passengers. Overall, this was well worth it, as Barcelona is a big, complicated city and getting taken to our hotel door was much easier and smarter than trying to do it ourselves.
The tour office was fairly easy to find on the lower level after picking up luggage. The driver was courteous and neatly dressed and the vehicle was clean. I shared with one other person so we weren't crowded, even though this was mid day. I appreciated that the driver spoke some English, as my Spanish is quite limited. The only suggestion for improvement is the confirmation process that the local tour operator requires. I had several arrival/departure shuttles booked in different cities and I contacted them by email a few days in advance of each but usually I just got an auto reply not a confirmation, so I ended up having to phone them each time in order to confirm my pick up at the respective airport or hotel.
Vi var försenade och beställde transfer på nytt. Det var toppservice!
A bit of difficulty finding the location of shuttle service. And some bit of a wait for a driver. Not the person with a sign at the arrivals area that we had in mind when we booked this. But once we found the location, all was well.
Our friendly and helpful guide explained key points of the city while taking us from airport to our hotel.
This service was great except it did take a while before someone contacted me about the exact pick up time.
you will need it spcially if you have luggage and if it is your first time to Barcelona ... avoid taxi as they are so expensive
A bit hard to find on arrival but found them when I phoned to get more directions. Lovely to arrive hassle free at our hotel. Don't try and compete on city shuttles....not much dearer for comfort and speed!
Awesome! We were actually the last couple to arrive so the van was full and we ended up with a private Mercedes Benz transfer at no extra fee. The driver was especially informative about what to see in the city and he could speak 3 languages.
Was a perfect ride. The driver was excellent knew all the streets.
A minor confusion about our hotel was quickly resolved and our friendly multi-lingual driver provided a tourist commentary as he drove us to our very pleasant apartment, Aura Park Nord, Puerto Principe. I would recommend Viator Shuttle on price and efficiency, half the price of a taxi.
