A small problem in finding the transfer pickup area. Although the plane arrived late, we were able to eventually get our transfer to the hotel

we arrived ate did not know where the driver would meet us. It was a scary thing since we only spoke English, I prayed for someone to come to help us. after about 30 minutes of trying to find help a wonderful young man came along and assisted us. Once your service found out we were there someone from your service was there in minutes. We appreciate how safe we felt once you picked us up.
What could have helpled was clear directions as to what to do once of the plane. Your sight and the airport was hard to find and the English speaking person at the information center was of NO help.

Despite our flight being 2.5 hours late and trying to negotiate the Spanish payphone, we ended up with a very nice and helpful driver who delivered us right to the door of our place.

We were lost after exiting the Baggage Hall and had some searching and a bit of a walk to find the (closed - Sunday) transfer office. Other than that the transfer went as expected.

Once we found it this was excellent,however, the directions we were given to go down to an office which was closed. After a lot of searching we finally found a man leaning against a pole in the arrivals area and he was our driver. He was very good once we found him and we were lucky enough to be the only passengers he had. The van was clean and comfortable and the driver spoke English. This is well worth doing but tricky in the beginning!

Had trouble locating the driver, more my fault than his. Rang the company who provided assistance. Service and driver were good, helped with the luggage always a good sign of a company that has a focus on service.
