Viator, you and your drivers are the best. We left Philadelphia, USA around 630 PM and arrived in Barcelona at 830 AM. After claiming our luggage we were met by our driver holding a sign with our name. He did not even blink when he saw all the luggage, he just led us to our waiting nice, clean van and begin to tell us all about Barcelona. He has the most wonderful English accent and was such a pleasure during our ride to the hotel. We had friends that arrived later that day and used the same service, but a different driver and received the same special treatment. I would recommend them to anyone needing transfers.

For hassle free transfer between the airport and hotel this was well worth booking with Viator. Our courteous and helpful driver was waiting at arrivals. Was impressed to receive fax confirming return transfer, following our phone-call to the local agent, delivered by the hotel to our room. Liked the fact that we had the same driver for both journeys and the style of travel adding to the special occasion.

Our driver was on time, smartly dressed and his vehicle was clean. He told us about Barcelona and pointed out sights along the way. He did a great job interacting with us.

It was a relief after 10 hours of traveling to a country that we have never been to have someone waiting for us as soon as we got off the plane. He spoke very good English and made us feel very safe and welcome.

We had the best driver for our transfers. He was fabulous, he explained things about the city to us, he was very professional, nice person, customer service oriented. It made our trip to Barcelona worth every penny.

Highly recommend. Reliable, on time, friendly and accommodating. Great form of transport. No hassles. I was travelling alone and it was nice to know that I didn't have a milk run and this was direct to the airport. Very comfortable. Definitely will use again.

Our flight from Rome was delayed yet our chauffeur waited patiently. He was polite, helpful, well-groomed and hospitable. The car was elegant and spacious, all three of our extra large suitcases fit snugly in the trunk!

Even though our flight was about 3 hours late, the driver was there to pick us up. I was never so happy to see someone in my life. He whisked away our luggage and took us to his waiting Mercedes Sedan. We were at the hotel in about 30 minutes even with the heavy traffic.
