George, our driver was waiting for our arrival. He was friendly and helpful and pointed out a few landmarks for us on our journey. A very effecient service. Would happily recommend to anyone.

We had fluctuating departure times when our cruise ship docked in Barcelona. After several calls Viator was accomodating and helped us change our pickup time with no problem. Our driver was standing right there when we exited the ship's baggage area

The representative was easy to find and very helpful. The entrance to the port was closed for the marathon and the driver was unable to find a way to reach the terminal, the representative saved the day! When he realised that the driver was not able to reach us, he drove us himself to the airport. This was a great initiative. Next time I can, I will do business with you. If all lyour employees are like this one, you are very fortunate and "in business"!

Our driver was waiting outside the terminal with a sign to identify himself. The vehicle was a Mercedes. Very clean and spacious for 4 people. He was professional and spoke English, highlighting a few spots on the way. He knew exactly where to take us and helped us load and unload our luggage. Private hire was a good idea. The waiting line at the cruise terminal was very long for regular taxis to pick up the remaining passengers. Most of the taxis were small and unkempt. We felt safe and enjoyed the ride into the city. No waiting in line.
Worth every penny.

Our driver was there earlier than booked, which was very helpful as we found disembarkation went very smoothly. We were delivered at our hotel very efficiently.

The pick up was right on time. Transportation to our hotel was smooth and without incident. Certainly would recommend using Viator for a stress free transfer to and from the hotel and port. There were many people waiting for rides and trying to hail a cab. Although this is a little pricey, this is definitely the way to go.

I booked a transfer from the port at Barcelona to the airport. Our ship arrived early and we were ready prior to the time arranged for our pick up at the pier therefore were not expecting to wait. By the time we went out the first thing we saw was a very nice, very professional looking gentleman carrying a card with my name and ready for us. The transport was sort of a new and comfortable van. The driver took care of everything and delivered us on time at the airport. Very nice service, excellent driver. Kudos to Viator!
