Excellent staff ,service and the best 12 minutes we spent in Barcelona . Need to get a taxi out to the heliport as it is situated, at the end of the cruise dock bridge ( not a bridge to be walking over )
Excellent trip, first time for my son in a helicopter! He is now a convert. Thanks for a brilliant experience as always I enjoyed the ride.
Very good, fab trip, and also get the helicopter experience. a real must.
Amazing! Well worth the money. Staff were helpful and friendly and the tour was brilliant!!
Great experience! I'd visited Barcelona many times before but this was a fantastic way to rediscover the city. I got to see the Barcelona coast, Sagrada Familia, Agbar Tower and even the Camp Nou! Views of the Diagonal from above are clearly spectacular, and on the way back the helicopter flew very closely to Montjuic and the Olympic Stadium, amazing! The experience of going in helicopter is also truly memorable, so definitely recommend trying this one!
The helicopter ride over Barcelona is a must if you want to get your bearings in this beautiful and diverse city! Our pilot expertly showed us the spectacular views of the different facets of this incredible city. Tom C Newport Beach CA USA
The helicopter ride was absolutely fantastic— We were greeted by a very pleasant and informative staff, and even offered lockers for our bags. Our pilot gave us a spectacular aerial tour of the many highlights of the beautiful city of Barcelona (Olympic Village, Old Town, famous miles long beach), accompanied by an informative narrative in a very comfortable private helicopter. The helicopter company we thought were very cold and not very helpful . We got a phone call the day before the booking to let us know that the trip was booked for 11.00am from a woman who could only speak Spanish and very little English .We tried to tell her that we would be visiting on a cruise ship and that we would not be docking till 10.00am and thought that this would be tight for time but were told in broken English that she did not understand what was being told to her . When we got to the copter port we were all asked for passports by this very frosty receptionist but on our booking form we were only told to take the lead passengers passport with us . After this we found the whole experience what we expected it to be ...8 out of 10 points .
It was our first helicopter ride so the experience was amazing and the views were absolutely beautiful.
We had no recorded commentary during the flight though and the pilot didn't provide any explanation either, so we passed right over Sagrada Familia and didn't even see it. I have no complaints about Viator, they were great, but CatHelicopters... They tried to reschedule us for the next day, because of a "mechanical problem" to the helicopter (even though I had explained when I made the appointment that we were gonna be in Barcelona for a single day, coming on a cruise ship). From the cruise ship we could see the helicopter flying back and forth, so imagine our surprise... and then they called us to reschedule for later in the afternoon. In the end, we were just glad we got to experience flying in a helicopter.
