This tour was really great in that it took us by shops that specialized in Spanish goodies! Cookies, nuts, truffles, coffee and two markets! The guide was great, and the tour also went into the Gothic Quarter, which was really interesting. Highly recommend this tour for any foodie!

We had a terrific local guide. The Boqueria market is unlike anything I had ever seen. It was beautiful and appealed to all of the senses. We didn't actually go into most of the stops. It would be great to be given a map of the stops so you could return with more time. I would have liked to go back to some of them, but I couldn't find them.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the guide was knowledgeable, spoke good English and was able to give great tips on local cuisine.

Enjoyed the history connected to the food traditions. Just long enough to start the day. I was hoping for a few recommendations of where to dine, but I think looking for a line up outside the restaurants is a good indicator.

This was an excellent tour overall. We were taken to a number of different locations throughout the old town, and the various shops and traditions were explained along the way. The guide was easy to understand and she gave just enough history and explanation at each location, without getting off the track. Many of us were disappointed that we did not get more than 2 tastes on the tour, as other tours in the past. It would not have to be much, a sample of cheese or sausage, but the foods we did have were very good. The only other suggestion is that since this is such a popular tour they divide it into 2 groups. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Not enough tasting in my opinion. Guide was good, but wanted to stop and sample. Too much looking into shop windows.

The tour guide walked way too fast without any regard for slower walkers. Save yourself the money and just go to the markets yourself. You won't learn anymore more from the tour guide.
