The diver spoke beautiful English and furnished us with quite a bit of information about Barcelona on the way to the hotel. We disembarked earlier than planned and had to wait for the pick up, but I was afraid to change the time in case it got lost in translation and we ended up with two rides.

Returning from a 12 day cruise we were happy to see our driver waiting for us. The driver was courteous and waited patiently as some of our luggage was delayed. We were at the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Would not hesitate to use this service again.

I want commend the transfer company on their excellent service. When we arrived at the port, we phoned to confirm the pickup. The driver was at the port on time and was very friendly. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to use Viator again. Thank you!!!

The driver arrived promptly at the time established. The port was quite busy with 3 ships unloading passengers at the crack of dawn so it was comforting to see our driver with our van.

The transfer from our ship to our hotel was very good. The driver was waiting for us when he disembarked and continue to wait while we found some misplaced luggage. He delivered us to our hotel safe and sound.

After being on a cruise for four days and having a wonderful time, it was nice to have your agency waiting for us at the pier, just as we arranged. Even though there were eight of us - and a lot of luggage - they never complained and arranged everything so well. We had a very comfortable ride to our hotel.

I had to call from the ship the day before to confirm the time of pickup, which cost me a small fortune. Our driver was a bit late, but he was there eventually and was the driver who originally picked us up at the airport. He knew us immediately and arranged for the car to pick us up right in front of the port arrival center. He was wonderful.

We tried MANY times to call to confirm our pickup but no one answered the phone and there was no answering machine. There was a second number given as an emergency number and this too went unanswered! We were not able to reach them until the morning of our pickup. At least we did get picked up which is more than I can say for our airport transfers.

The driver showed up late as we were about to hire a cab then I found a representative and he called. I would think with paying as much as we did for such a short transfer that the driver could have been on time with a sign. None of which happened. We could have hired a cab for less than half the cost of this transfer.
