Driver was very professional, friendly, had lots of useful information, was punctual, and managed to tell us so many things about Barcelona in the few minutes it took from our hotel on La Rambla to the Barcelona port. It was a great transfer.

Was nice to be picked up at the hotel and taken to the port for our cruise, but the original time they'd decided to pick us up was far too late. I was able to change the time, but not without difficulty. Our driver was wonderful and there on time.
