Barcelona is one of my favorite cities in the world but the day we were there it rained. The upper deck was covered but not until all the seats were wet, the rain came in through all the open windows so enjoying Gaudi's work was not optimal.

All the hoho off tours were not informative or hellp full. The speaker through the ear piece was boring with very litle info

Staff unhelpful, we did not get to do walking tour that was part of this purchase. Staff just shrugged and indicated they didn't know when we asked questions about walking tour. Audio ports were faulty.
