Read what other Viator.com travelers think about the Barcelona Sightseeing Tour: Gothic Quarter Walking Tour, Olympic Village and Montjuic Cable Car Ride. What they loved, what they liked and what they think could be improved, it's all here to help you make the most of your next trip.
I missed this tour, but the agency was sooo nice and they gave me credit for another tour which was also great. Service was awesome.
Outstanding! The tour commenced promptly with a wonderful guide who was continuously providing information and historical details. The walking tours were excellent, coupled with the tour of the city from the bus and tram. We enjoyed the tour and guide that we attended another tour in the afternoon and were again pleased with the outcome.
an excellent tour, covered a lot of Barcelona, good guide, single language group which was a bonus.
Good overview of the city along with some scenic views from the hill next to the city. Guide was extremely informative.
We booked the morning tour with Viator and liked it so much we opted to do the afternoon tour also. In November, no crowds.
We saw much of what there is to see in Barcelona and we were then able to plan what we wanted to do the next 2-3 days and could not have done so without this well planned and well executed introduction to Barcelona. You can do it from the guide books, but you will miss out on things. On your own, don't miss the market La boqueria mercato on La Rambla!!!
Interesting tour. Good way to see barcelona and for one to get to know the surroundings. I would suggest this tour just after arriving to Barcelona.
Excellent tour which gave us a comprehensive introduction to the main areas of interest any attractions in Barcelona. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city.
This was a fantastic way to start my Barcelona adventure. I felt like I really got an introduction to the city and that region. Montjuic and the cathedral alone were well worth the cost of the trip, and the Pablo Espanyol village was a delight! The guide was amazing, speaking at least 4 languages. I appreciated how she made sure that those of us who spoke English were able to hear her when she spoke English, and the same for the people on the tour speaking Spanish, German and French. I truly enjoyed this tour and recommend it to anyone who is interested in getting a taste of what Barcelona has to offer.
The tour was fabulous, Lisbon a lovely city, and our guide was enthusiastic, engaging and very informative. Her aim was to please. We were delighted.
Our tour was very good Julia was great and feel that it was worth the money we will do it again if we come back to spain
There is a lot to see and this is really helpful way to start your trip to Barcelona.

Guide was courteous and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the tour.
Well organized, nice bus, good tour guide who is very knowlegeable. He had to speak, however in 3 languages at each part of the tour which slowed things down a little. The highlights of Barcelona was very interesting, wish it could have been a little longer. You spend about an hour at the Spanish Village. The tour is well worth the cost.
Guide was knowledgeable, informative, helpful and interesting.
What a fantastic way to see the city for the first time.
I arrived at the travel agency in plenty of time. Someone called for the Highlights tour. As that was not the name under which I signed up for the tour, I did not get up. After a few minutes, someone again called for the Highlights tour. This time, I asked if that was my tour, and was told that it was. This was very confusing.
The bus has no toilet. Be prepared for a LONG time before you use the toilets at the Spanish Village.
The 45 minutes allotted at the Spanish Village is nowhere near enough.
Other than the Spanish Village and the Gothic Quarter, every other attraction you see is a drive-by. Just make sure that is what you want/expect.
On the whole, I recommend this tour, and was very pleased with my guide.
We had a great time. Our guide spoke excellent English and, despite a bus-full of tourists, spoke loudly enough so all could hear during the walking portions. Only problem was having less than 30 minutes to explore the shops of the Spanish village after a 30 minute guided walk-through. With so many unique artisan shops it would have been lovely to have a chance to stop and look over their wares.
Great tour. Felt rushed at times. Disappointed we just drove past Olympic stadium instead of getting of coach and having a proper look. Lots of walking to start with and cathedral wasn't open to public, again disappointing. Tour guide not aware. Despite some let downs still very enjoyable. Recommend
