Awesome way to see an iconic piece of Barcelona without the crowd and in a whole new light! The tour created a truly unique ambiance that could not have been achieved any other way. So glad I took this option instead of just walking through it at another time!
Seeing LaPedrera @ night is the best way to appreciate all of the amazing details Gaudi included in this gem! Our tour guide was knowledgeable, interesting and patient. The evening view from the rooftop was wonderful.
This was a unique experience and a great tour. Our guide was personable, knowledgeable and funny. The only suggestion I would make would be to reduce the size of the tour - it would have been better with fewer people. Great experience!!!!
I booked tour months ago for 9.15 time slot but rescheduled to 8.15 because a jazz night planned. Turned out fine as we got to see band warming up which added to experience. Guide was excellent and this made the night for us. Amazing building brought to life by a very professional guide. Residents still live in building and must get put off by constant stream of visitors during season. Fact that building is still used as residence adds to experience. A living monument. Plan is that there will be no more residents and will revert to Museum trust as they depart or die. That may detract from the experience down the line. Great tour great photo opps.
Fantastic experience. Very different from the day tours we took. Can't wait to come back when the building is completed and we could see the outside.
Loved it. So different to see the house at night. Nice touch with the glass of cava at the end! Cheers!
A top-notch experience! Highly recommended. Our tour guide was funny and knowledgeable. The rooftop is unforgettable, especially at night. We had plenty of time to wander and take photos. A real highlight of our Barcelona trip. They had cava/champaigne and cookies for us afterwards -- and again, didn't seem to be in a hurry to have us leave. Very nice. Only disappointment was that the gift shop was closed! They could have made $ from our group.
Our group really enjoyed this "behind the scenes" tour and the rooftop views at night (even in the rain) were incredible!
Absolutely fabulous! The guide was knowledgeable, professional and personable--completely engaged in her subject. Her English was impeccable and the script was both intelligent and imaginative. We are SO glad we took the time to participate in this tour!!
Gorgeous, small group experience! No crowds! It was just our group of about 30 in the building. We toured Casa Batllo on our own the next day with a ticket from the door and it was a mob scene.
This was a very calm, small group. Elevators are available, but remember to to the guide to wait for you if you need it after you explore the rooftop!
Views of the roof and out over the city at night were stunning. And a nice glass of cava to top it off!
Sadly, the outside of La Pedrera was covered over for restoration so this tour at night inside was a treat. Loved seeing the inside of the apartment and being on the roof area all lit up at night. We had a great tour guide and he explained lots of things about Gaudi and his architecture. Limited numbers with allocated time slots so be sure to pre-book.
Amazing to be just one of a few people privileged enough to view La Pedrera in the evening. Our group was a mix of nationalities and ages, the guide spoke brilliant English and was able to show us the apartment, the roof and courtyards easily and in peace.
I would really recommend this tour
I highly recommend this night tour which apart from avoiding the hustle and bustle of day time crowds, gives a fantastic opportunity to take great photos within the small group taken round. This building is absolutely beautiful and looking around at night takes it to a new dimension. Only small negative was that we felt the guide rushed things at certain times however this did not spoil what was a great night to remember.
Our guide, Arcadi was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was great to learn about the history of this important building in Barcelona. It was nice to visit at night because we were just a small group. The ending with a glass of cava (sparkling wine) was a plus.
Wow wow wow. We've been before in the day. But night time tour was out of this world. Almost magical. You really must do this your. Only about 30-40 people with your personal guide. We didn't wanna leave. Even the teenagers loved it !!!
Excellent tour. To see this building at night is definitely worth it!
Loved the tour; not a solitary problem, except the 9:15 p.m. start time, but that is almost a non-issue.
