We had just the right amount of time and description to make the day worthwhile. Our guide, was a good match for our group, and the sites at Montserrat were breathtaking. Fortunately, we had the opportunity to see the architectural delights of the Codorniu winery and to taste their brute naturale.

Meets up in Placa de Catalunya, well-organized, allows you to do your own thing at Montserrat but still have advantages of a guided tour first. Cava Trail is a nice cap to the day. You can book tours through other places and get more information that way.

This was a very enjoyable day. Our guide was charming and his English perfect. It was a small group of 5 and we all enjoyed each other. The tour of the cava winery was wonderful. One of the best I've been on.

A great trip with a knowledgeable guide. Plenty of time to explore Montserrat on our own.

Excellent. A great value. When we return to Barcelona, we will look for other "minivan" tours.

This was definitely the best way to see Montserrat! There was plenty to do there and this tour gives you plenty of time to explore it all!.The tour guide was fantastic and the the cava sample was the best way to end it. This tour definitely 'helps' you experience more of the surrounding areas of Barcelona, while leaving plenty of time to plan a nightly outing in Barcelona i.e. dinner, nightlife. Bottom line... this trip is a MUST!!

The tour is amazing!!! Montserrat is a magical place, from where you can see Barcelona and even the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees at the same time. There's a special energy involving the mountain and the Sanctuary, where you can attend the cult or, at least, hear a boy's choir. After this, you pass through the "cava's countryside" to visit Freixenet, where you learn about how the cava is produced and commercialized and, of course, you have time to try a taste. I really recommend the tour!

First class, knowledgeable guide in a small comfortable van. Montserrat is a stunning experience coupled with an interesting visit to a major cava producer. Well done!

Given we were only three people, this turned out to be a private tour for us. We would like to compliment our fun and excellent guide.

Montserrat is worth going to if you plan on walking/hiking a bit. Otherwise, the amount of time spent there would be a bit too much. The cava producer that we visited was absolutely amazing. Definitely do this trip if you are interested in cava and how it is made.
