After reading other customer reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, our driver arrived promptly, was very nice and spoke English as requested. We were picked up in a Mercedes Benz.

The driver was waiting for us when we got through customs. He helped us with our luggage and we had a smooth ride to the pier.

The drivers were excellent. The driver that took us from the airport to the hotel was very patient. We wanted to see the Spanish soccer team return from the olympics. He waited for us even though I think it may have made him late for his next appt.

This was one of the real highlights of our trip. The lines wrapped around the block, yet we just went to head of the line instead. When you consider time vs: Money, it was worth every dime!

Driver arrived to pick us up at the time designated and brought us right to the cruise port. Excellent service. We would use in the future without a doubt.

The same driver who took us from the airport to the cruise ship picked us up to take us back to the airport after the cruise. Again, he was courteous and helpful. Since our party was going to two different airlines, he got us to both in plenty of time for our plane trip. We noticed that people who had booked transportation from the cruise line were being herded onto travel buses and were having to wait quite a while to go to the airport. Their transfer costs more too!
