The break from the city was so refreshing. Our guide, Veronica, was very helpful and friendly. The views and fresh air were great.
amazing time, long bus ride to get there but well worth it. Lots of free time to explore on your own.
Truly memorable trip to the Pyrenees Mountains. Had an excellent guide Alex and we would be delighted to do another trip with this company.
The Tour was great. I wish we had more time in each place we visited but that is beside the point. The guide was great and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend.

Wonderful trip. Feliciano was an amazing wealth of information. He was truly impressive. The city of Vic was beautiful as well as the village of Quebels. Getting caught on the mountain in a torrential rain and hail storm only adds to the great vacation stories!
Phillipo was an amazing guide, knowledgeable and very personable. He took us to his 'special' places ie Vic and Queralbs and even turned on a huge hail storm high in the Pyrenees whilst the temperature down lower remained at around 38degrees. A fantastic day, highly recommended and definitely the highlight of our 37 days of travel! Bev and Veen, Auckland,New Zealand.
Our guide was David. He tried to introduce us some of the places we pass by. He was very helpful. We had a guided walk through Vic. It was a nice town wished we could have more time to explore. The area around Vall de Nuria was serene. Glad we brought lunch so that we could have more time taking the short walking trails. Especially enjoyed the walk around the beautiful village, Queralbs. Drive was nothing spectacular though.
great day trip with a small group and a great English speaking guide. I did not expect the beauty that was going to see. Spring was an amazing time to visit this location, so green and lush, water running, sun shining and not too hot. Food available on top of the mountain but we got a picnic as it was a nice day, beer and wine available there too. We wish we knew you could stay up on top of the mountain's hotel as it was relatively affordable and the extended walks would have been nice to do.
The only way to go. Smaller groups makes for more time in each place! Incredible!
This was my favorite. We were more people than I thought, the views were breath takings. Loved hiking with my daughter and met wonderful people alone the way.
The description was not clear either on this trip. We took a bus for 2 hours and a train for 1/2 hr. This was not part of the description, but it was worth while to do it. Also, bring an extra fleece jacket, or hiking vest. It was much cooler than we thought. I highly recommend this trip, specially if you love outdoors.
The excursion to the Pyrenees was fabulous! We enjoyed the small bus/van and our guide Robert was knowledgable and fun. So great to see a different perspective of Catalunya. The great outdoors was just a short ride away from Barcelona but a world apart. The mountains, stone village and horses of the mountains combined with the medieval village of Vic with an ancient Roman ruin made for a wonderful day. We ended with a brief visit to a pub for the locals and felt part of it all. Thank you!
Fantastic tour, guide was awesome. Very knowledgable and very patient. Brilliant day highly recommend.
A wonderful experience. Isi our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. Pestered him with questions which he patiently answered. We stopped at Vic and Isi gave us some very interesting political trivia. We then headed up to Queralbs and then Nuria. The trip was better than I imagined it to be.
This was an excellent tour. Beautiful mountains, hiking trails suitable for all levels of fitness. The guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. My only concern is that the tour is described as a SMALL tour in a minivan of six to,eight people. The local tour operator stated they never represented that and the number of the tour was more than twenty five people not really so small as described. While this did not affect our experience, I think the description of small tours should be more clear.
This was a great day trip! I really like that it was a small group, so we had lots of opportunity to chat with the guide who was knowledgeable yet laid back. We had lots of time to explore Vic and Queralbs on our own. I only wish we had had a little more time to actually hike in Val Nuria when we got there. My advice would be to communicate with your guide to make sure you have as much time in the mountains as you want.
My wife and I took this tour at a friend's suggestion and were very pleased. Booking on the net was simple and convenient. The tour left the tour office around 8.30 and we returned at 7 in the evening. The tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. We were also lucky to have had a market day in Vic.
This tour was the perfect balance of information and time to explore on our own. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgable. Definitely recommend if you want to see the Spain countryside.
Had a great time! Was a beautiful view and our guide was very informative. This was one of the highlights to our trip to Barcelona and recommend this day trip if you are interested in seeing more of Spain's natural beauty.
Definitely a must do if you have time! The views are amazing, the tour guide was very knowledgable and the hike up the mountain was really fun! Bring warm clothes though, it could get quite cold up the mountain!
Our tour leader was awesome her knowledge of the area and history had us all spell bound
Great tour, great views, great photo taking opportunities. Very unique tour. Our guide George spoke perfect English and wa very personable. Highly recommend this trip!
