This was a really fun tour. I especially enjoyed the house - surprisingly livable, with surprises around many corners. We had a wonderful lunch in Cadaiques - a large bowl of tiny mussels (not included, but there and not expensive.) Loved the scenery as we drove through Northeast Spain, and the aqmount of time we were allowed at each destination. And DON'T MISS the Jewelry Museum. Truly amazing, and where I bouight my one souvenir book. Highly Recommended!!

Anna was a wonderful guide and made the tour very enjoyable. She knew a great deal about Dali and his life and kept us entertained, she also went out of her way to get to know everyone on the trip. The museum was fascinating and the Dali house was truly amazing.

Very sharp tour guide provided us with lots of information about Dali and the sites were saw. He was very well informed. We had enough time at each locale to see what we wanted to see.

Perfect and one of thr best day trip. Better than expected. This is a day trip well worth doing. The guides were fabulous and the tour showed a side of Dali not seen in the usual melting clocks routine. Learned a lot and got to really experience Dali's world. I would even do this again.

We loved this tour and Anna our guide made the experience extra special. The visit to Port Lligat was a highlight. To actually be able to visit both the inside of S. Dali's and Gala's house and wander through the garden and pool area was a treat. The trip by boat back to Cadaques was a bonus . Fondest regards to Anna. Jan and David, Melbourne, AUSTRALIA

My husband and I really enjoyed this day trip run by Explore Catalunya--with the Dali museum and visit to Cadaques, Portlligat, and the Cap de Creus, it was an excellent complement to the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Our guide was wonderful--knowledgeable, open, and funny. One tip: in Cadaques we had to decide ahead of time if we were going to visit Dali's house in Portlligat so our guide could purchase the tickets and we decided we would walk around the town and do souvenir shopping. Turns out, it's very scenic and quaint. There's not much of a town to Portlligat and we should have asked our guide what to expect instead of assuming. Our bad. We still enjoyed Portlligat--we ended up walking to a scenic outlook and then up to a hotel where we sat on the deck drinking cafe con leche. Though we would have liked to spend more time at the Dali museum, it was a relaxing and enjoyable day trip.

We did this tour on September 15 and our tour guide was Nicko. This tour was fascinating thanks to Nicko's extensive knowledge of Gaudi. We felt like we learned an amazing amount of information in one day and it was very entertaining - not dry information. The optional minor extra fee stop at Dali's home was also fascinating and Nicko expertly dealt with thr nasty woman at thr ticket booth. We also loved the views from the stop at the lighthouse. We highly recommend this trip!

Incredibly fun! What an exciting day of exploration, discussion, and surprise! Our tour had 7 people in it and an extremely devoted Dali advocate for a tour guide - it was simply one of the best tours I have ever participated in! I highly recommend it, not only for fans of Dali, but also as a great way to discover the outskirts and seaside of Barcelona! I will return and I will take this tour AGAIN! BRAVO!

Andrew Wilson, our guide, was not just perfectly knowledgeable and organized, he has very dry sense of humour. Andrew was entertaining us with different cognitive activities throughout the journey giving away prizes. Andrew was prepared to talk about absolutely every aspect of Dalis life. Andrew impressed us with his creativity and professionalism. We strongly recommend when in Barcelona to travel with Andrew.
