We had the most wonderful time at this cooking class whilst on our recent trip to Barcelona. Jsunta was a perfect hostess and wonderful chef who carefully explained what we were making whilst giving clear instructions on what we needed to do. We met some lovely people from the USA, Canada and Dubai apologies for not remembering names and all in all had a fantastic evening. I can't recommend this enough and would encourage everyone visiting Barcelona to set aside an evening to join a cooking class. The food was delicious, the company delightful and the evening perfect!

This class was the highlight of our time in Barcelona. Our chef, Asumpta I know I spelled that wrong was absolutely charming. She had just the right mixture of personality and professionalism. She made this work for your supper event so much fun. Our group of 12 strangers felt like friends during the prep and family by the time the paella was done. Bring your appetite. You will eat plenty of starters/appetizers before the main course. Accompanied by great wine and ending with a fabulous crema catalana, this meal hits all the right gastronomy notes. It easily surpasses many of the restaurants who claim to offer paella. For men who are usually banned from the kitchen, there is a spot for you at this class. Even if you don't have knife skills to chop an onion, you can boil water, you can clean a vegetable, you can wash dishes...there is definitely a job in this kitchen for everyone!!!

An excellent evening. The food and wine was very good. We would do this again. I would have liked to select the type of main course even though the one provided was excellent.

I booked this for my wife and niece since they were going to be visiting Barcelona together during our niece's spring break from college. They loved it. The class had about 15 people in it and was a real hands on experience making numerous dishes. My wife posted a picture of the paella they made and said that the paella was to die for! My wife said the chef was fantastic explaining everything. A great learning and dining experience for both of them.

So much fun with great people. Chef Asumpta was thorough with her presentation and the results were extraordinarily delicious. Besides the recipe application, Chef incorporated humor and a sincere interest in the people at her table. Traveling alone, this class is an opportunity to eat an authentic paella prepared for two in restaurants, meet interesting people, and take skills home as a souvenir of a memorable evening!
