Great cooking class, hands on in food selecting, buying, prep, service and wine selection. We enjoyed the central market portion, where we selected the freshest ingredients, did the chopping and cooking, ate our great piallia, enjoyed both white and red wines and did not need to clean and pots and pans. Highly recommend.
Wonderful! Can't wait to try it out at home.
Loved the class. We were in group of seven people. The chef was personable and patient. The food was great and a good time was had by all!
Excellent. Paella was superb. We were invited to participate in every aspect of the dishes. Wide variety of recipes. Trip to market was very informative. Enjoyed and have talked about the class often.

A lot of fun, instructor was great, market was a blast and it had lots of group participation.
A great day with Chef Quim and the other students. Learned a lot but really it was the social aspect and interactions between chef and students and the students themselves that made it a day to truly remember. The food was awesome.
My husband and I have a wonderful experience at our cooking class in Barcelona. The facility was clean and welcoming. Our chef, Ignatius was helpful and knowledgeable. The other attendees were so much fun. All of this made the class one of the highlights of our trip to Barcelona. Highly recommend!
There were 12 of us in total for the cooking class but only 4 of us had paid for the additional market tour. During the market tour our guide introduced and bought some local ingredients needed for the cooking class.
All the participants had lots of fun and the class was quite interactive and hands on. Our instructor made sure that everyone got involved in the cooking and no one was left out. The recipes of all the dishes that we cooked was also given to us for keeping.
If you're interested in learning more about Spanish/Catalan cuisine I would highly recommend the class!

The tour of the market and cooking class were great!! Ignacio was wonderful and I can't wait to recreate the dishes at home.
Wonderful small group experience that was a great value.
Ignacio was awesome and this was a great experience. You really do get a good amount of information, and a fun balance of engagement and observing. The market trip is worth it--so much to see. Even the Japanese newlyweds were confounded at the variety of seafood there!
Excellent market, amazing cooking venue
We had a 9 day trip in spain, starting in Madrid, then Valencia and ended in Barcelona and i must say that my family and i would rank this class as one of our top highlights of the entire trip. The food and the chef was Fantastic!!!! We drank great wine and everyone got to participate in the cooking and it was a great way to end our trip in Spain. I would highly recommend anyone that loves food and wine to take this class. You will not be disappointed.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable and informative day. I recommend combining it with the market visit as it gives a very rounded experience. Ignatio and the girls in the school were delightful and most capable.Not to be missed experience!!
