Small-Group Montserrat Tour including Cheese and Wine Tasting Tour with Optional Golf Club
Your guide will pick you up from central Barcelona in the morning and take you to beautiful Montserrat, where you'll spend around 30-minutes then head to Oller del Mas, a stunning 10th-century castle whose beautiful winery reigns over 1,000 acres (405 hectares) of land.
With your guide, spend time exploring the vineyards and touring the production plant and the cellar. Sit back and relax as you taste three wines paired with authentic Spanish bites like cold meats, cheese and pastrie. You’ll also learn about wine production from the winery’s oenologists, who're experts in the science of wine making.
You’ll then return to Barcelona in the afternoon.
Afternoon Tour: Wine and Tapas Tasting
From central Barcelona, head to the beautiful 10th-century castle in Oller del Mas, where you will visit their beautiful winery. With your guide, explore the vineyards and tour the production plant and the cellar. Taste three wines paired with Spanish delicacies like cheese and bread. Learn about wine production from the winery’s oenologists, who're experts in the science of wine making, and take in views of the beautiful backdrop scenery of Montserrat.
You’ll then return to Barcelona in the afternoon or evening.
Full-Day Tour: Golf, Lunch, and Wine and Cheese Tasting
After departing central Barcelona in the morning, you’ll take the same route to Oller del Mas, where you’ll first enjoy a round of 18 holes at the beautiful pitch & putt golf course during the morning (2.5h approximately).
You can also play paddle tennis (similar to tennis but played on a smaller court with a solid paddle) or take a swim in the private swimming pool. Afterward, relax on the terrace and enjoy views of Montserrat while dining on a seasonal lunch accompanied by some excellent wines.
In the afternoon, spend time with your guide and the winery’s oenologists exploring the vineyards and touring the production plant and the cellar, where you’ll taste three wines – paired with authentic Spanish bites like cheese and bread – and learn all about wine production.
You’ll return to Barcelona in the evening.

We decided to go on this tour last minute and so happy that we did. We had a fantastic time! The tour was interesting and beautiful and the wine was amazing! We bought 3 bottles!
The guides were passionate and informative, you are not only visiting a winery, but you are learning history as well. Fantastic tour, wish we could have done it twice! This is a must see if you are visiting Barcelona!

Cruz was an amazing guide. she was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and lots of fun! I would recommend this tour if you are a wine enthusiat and want to visit the charming and enchanting Montserrat village. We had a group of 7 and it was perfect size! The wine and cheese tasting was a perfect way to end the tour. I would highly recommend Castlexperience for any tour. Thank you for a great experience.
