/very well organized - on time pick-up - saw a lot in a day.
We shared a van with 5 others and it was a good size group, however we sat in the back so it was difficult to hear our guide's commentary.
She (our guide) was very knowledgeable but it was difficult at times to hear (in the vehicle) and/or understand her and she had a pretty strong accent.
We got to see everything we wanted and feel this was a very worthwhile tour for us.

We had a terrific tour with Julian and learned so much more than we would have if we visited the sights on our own. Julian was organized, knowledgable and entertaining. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience. A knowledgeable guide who went deep into the history of the invasion. Sites were amazing - beaches, cemeteries, memorials, small towns. I would recommend it to anyone interested in how the Allies reclaimed France from the German armies.

Tourr was excellent. We saw so much in our nine hours and it was great to be with a small group of eight. Our guide gave excellent commentary and was very personable and a great driver. I would highly recommend this tour.

Seeing places I had only read about in history books thru the eyes of Lucy (our guide) made the importance of the area and the people who lived there and arrived during D day come to life. Lucy was so knowledgeable and loved history. Would recommend the tour to others.

Excellent tour by excellent guide. Pick up at train station on time. Parking there if you drive. 8 passenger van allowed for very nice group interaction. Solemn cemeteries (both sides together in death). Surprising facts, broader battlefield than expected. New heroes, a general that landed and the french people who adopt grave sites and their occupant. Never forget the men and their sacrifice.

My husband and I ended our 10 day road trip through France with this tour and in the week since can't stop talking about it. We have done quite a bit of traveling, but this tour by far exceeds most of what we've experienced. I was a little concerned with the length of the trip, however afterwards we felt like we could have continued a few more hours. There is just so much to see and I would have liked to have more time to explore the American cemetery. It was such a moving experience and something I will never forget. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure everyone had questions answered throughout the day. One unexpected highlight was the visit at Pointe du Hac where there are massive craters from the ariel attacks prior to D-Day. I can't recommend this tour highly enough. You will forever be changed by this experience.

Rose's grasp of historical facts and her ability to communicate them in an interesting manner made this one of the best tours we have ever had!
