This was great. The driver was waiting at customs with our names on a poster as promised. There was absolutely no confusion. I would definitely use this service again. Beijing is so huge, and there is so much traffic, getting a taxi of your own would not only be exhausting but it would probably be quite expensive relatively speaking...and all your luggage might not fit in the trunk of the car. This was great, as was the pickup service. The diver was on time.

Prompt, very efficient service. Driver took us as close to airport departures as he was allowed and gave us lots of information about Beijing on the drive.

The transfer service in between the airport and the hotel was, as the Australians say, "spot on!" It was like clock-work and totally hassle free. I have already passed on your details to two other travelers. Thank you for making my trip a breeze!

We arrived late, but we were met and taken to the hotel without any delay. I thought the price was a little high, but other than that it was great way to travel when you do not speak the local language or understand the local customs.

Very friendly and polite service! Understood exactly what I was saying! Straight to hotel, no problems, apart from the Beijing traffic but expected in major city! Overall good experience!

Great way to get from the airport to city. My flight was delayed a couple of hours and I wasn't too sure what would happen on arrival but my driver was there waiting for me at 1.30am in the morning! The return was organised and went without a hitch, great value and great service.

It is so refreshing to be able to get off a plane and not worry about having to navigate yourself out of the airport, find public transport, suffer a long uncomfortable ride and then search for your hotel. The transfer was decently priced and I would definitely recommend it.
