Driver was waiting for me at the airport on arrival and on the return trip collected me at the hotel at the appointed time.

This is the one Tour that worked well. Frank my driver was top notch, got me to the hotel and back to the airport quick and safe and when he said he would. Real chatty guy, enjoyable hour each way, worth the money to see him standing there after the 12 hour flight, holding a card with your name an not having to worry about how your getting to your hotel.

Great service! The driver was there to meet me at the airport with a sign with my name on it. He helped me with my bag into the hotel and confirmed when to pick me up for my departure. He was early on my departure day to take me back to the airport. He was very friendly. He didn't speak very much English, but he communicated with the hotel staff on what terminal to take me to at the airport. If I ever return to Beijing again I would use this service again. Service was great. I had the same driver from and to the airport. He was friendly and gave me some great tips for Beijing. On the way to the airport, he walked me in to the terminal and showed me where to go to check in. While this was more expensive than getting a taxi; it was worth it!

Could not fault at all, the guy picked us up on time even though we were late in. Due to bad weather. The same guy took us back right to the departure through customs. No worrys for us at all. thanks guys

Not a lot to really say here. The driver was waiting at the airport when I landed and drove me directly to the motel. He was also on time picking me up from the motel and taking me to the airport. In fact, the service was overall good and flexible. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This pick up from the airport and the return journey a week later went very smoothly. Frank our driver, both times, was very friendly, chatty, helpful and efficient. In fact he rang us the day before we were due to leave to say that our flight number wasn't the flight he had recorded for us. But all worked out well. Would do this again - saves a lot of frustration.

Very good! The flight was 15 minutes delayed, but our driver patiently waited for us; also, helped us with our luggage. He picked us up at our hotel on time.

Transfer both ways was excellent as the pickup driver was on time both times and also pleasant to converse with while travelling to and from the airport.
