Choose from two different types of car service -- sedan or minivan -- to suit the size of your party. When your vacation is over, simply meet your driver in the lobby of your Beijing hotel at a prearranged time to be transferred to the airport for your flight. When choosing your pickup time, please make sure you leave ample time between hotel pickup and your flight’s departure.

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Beijing accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Approximately 24 - 48 hours prior to your departure time, you will be required to reconfirm exact pickup time and place (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

Price is per person, based on 7 adults per car/vehicle.

The driver called and suggested an earlier departure to avoid being stuck in morning traffic. We rescheduled to 7:30AM for a 12 o'clock flight. We avoided the traffic jams and had about 2 hours to kill before our flight. The driver was excellent.
