The driver was waiting at the airport showing my name and made sure of the pick-up time for the return trip when we arrived at the hotel. His English was almost non-existent, so the journeys were pretty quiet!. All in all a very useful service, especially after a long flight.

The driver Mr Leo was already at the domestic terminal with a sign of our names and was very friendly indeed, telling us about the possibilities of touring in Beijing
The return trip to the airport was also quite remarkable, the driver came on time and in time were we at the airport again
Will certainly recommend to our friends

Despite my flight being delayed over two hours and it being 1 o'clock in the morning, the driver was waiting for me upon arrival at Beijing. On returning to the airport he was fifteen minutes early for the pick up.

Helpful and organised driver. Pick up simple with our names displayed at the airport. Didn't have to worry about pick up as the driver showed up as previously arranged. Made the trip stress free.

It was really worth being picked up at the airport. My flight from Sydney was late, driver was waiting and was in my room at my hotel in 1 hour.

Excellent - driver on time both ways and a quick trip; his English was pretty good. He had a big, clean Buick, one of the only non-smoking vehicles in China that actually doesn't smell of cigarettes... My return flights consisted of a domestic to Shanghai then separate connection on to Sydney; the driver knew there was a (well hidden) counter away from the usual check-in counters where they could check my bags all the way through as well as issue the two boarding passes I needed; the driver did all the talking, I just stood by and watched! . This worked perfectly so I didn't have to check in for the international leg at Shanghai. He saw me through to the passport control check point - great service.

Outstanding...met us right where they said they would and on time. I highly suggest this "tour" if you do no speak the local language because, otherwise, you will have a difficult time conveying where it is you want to go.

Everything went exactly according to plan with our airport transfers. Our driver was waiting with a placard with our name, assisted us with luggage and took us directly to our hotel. His English was quite good and he gave us a little information about Beijing. He took the details for our return transfer a week later, and then rang to confirm on that morning. He took us all the way to the correct check-in counter at the airport on departure. The car was not especially luxurious but very clean, comfortable and smelled fresh. Overall, we were very happy with the service and value for money.

Pick up from the airport was excellent, but my return pick up from the hotel was an hour late. 15 mins after pick-up time I called the agent, Hantang, who said they would check and call back. After another 15 mins got call from driver who said he was delayed in traffic. Lucky I allowed plenty of time so I caught my flight, but a rushed anxious end to my holiday. No explanation as to why driver had not called hotel in advance when he knew he would be late.

Was met as expected upon arrival. Despite calling to confirm my transfer 48 hours in advance for my return, the company had no record of the transfer. By chance I called from the hotel lobby when I went down and they said they would call a driver who showed up20 minutes later. Not the most reliable experience I have had.
