The driver was at the exit of customs to pick me up. He carried one of my bags to the car, which was a pretty long walk to the parking garage. The car was nice enough, a VW Passat. Fortunately traffic was light and I was at my hotel in the CBT in 30 minutes. On my return my driver arrived on time and got me to the airport quickly. Everything went as planned. Please note the drivers didn't speak English which wasn't a problem except coordinating my return pick up time. However by calling the dispatch number I got that easily resolved.
Excellent! Drivers were on time and courteous. Much better than dealing with shady taxi drivers who won't always run the meter!! Highly recommend.
Excellent well worth the money, drivers were on time, nice comfortable private car versus mini bus or taxi.
We had an excellent experience with this trip. Driver was waiting for us as we exited baggage claim and took us swiftly to our hotel. He confirmed with us a time and day for return to the airport and arrived early to pick us up.
Picked up and dropped off in good time in a very comfortable air conditioned car. T
My driver was there upon arrival, easy to locate and even though he did not speak English he found others who did to help with a flight snafu with my other party. He was extremely accommodating and patient, as was his supervisor (who was English speaking), who attempted to help me locate my party at another terminal. This was not an easy process and although I ultimately had to make the decision to leave the party behind as to not take any more of the driver's time, they understood my concerns and complaint that the reservation page only requested primary traveler information and that I wasn't able to inform them ahead of time that my other party was arriving separately shortly after me (unbeknownst to me on a delayed flight to a terminal 20min across the city). The driver even had cold bottled water in the car for us and the vehicle was pleasantly clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this company!! Note that our pickup from the hotel back to the airport was early, but not in a manner that rushed us, also with water and a clean, comfortable vehicle.
The driver was waiting as we exited arrivals and took us straight to our hotel before assisting us to check in as well. He arranged the time with us there and then for our departure and another driver was waiting in the lobby as we came down from our room to check out. Anyone that drives in Beijing deserves a medal and these guys were exactly what was needed to get to and from the airport.
The driver was waiting for me when I arrived and I was quickly taken to my hotel in downtown Beijing. On the return, I was picked up on time and arrived for my return flight in a timely fashion.
Our plane was late but our driver was there still waiting, had a 5am departure from hotel driver was on time and on both trips were excellent drivers thank you
Driver was easy to find and punctual. The return trip was planned on arrival so it was easy and stress free.
Seriously, I couldn't have been more pleased with the round trip transfer service from PEK to my Beijing hotel. The driver was there at the airport when I arrived (even though the flight was early) and the car was clean and comfortable. Same for the trip from the hotel. I'll be a return client.
The driver met us at the terminal carrying a sign with our name which made it very easy to spot. He was very safe and concerned about our comfort. The bottle of water provided before the leaving the airport was a small thing, but very welcome at that point. I fully recommend this transfer service to anyone traveling to Beijing--you'll have no worries about getting from the airport to where you are going.
I booked this a few days before my trip started and was delighted that I received instant confirmation. Taking a taxi to and from the airport is definitely cheaper but I wanted guaranteed transportation plus I heard of situations where unethical taxi drivers don't run the meter and then charge you more than they should have when you get to your hotel because there's no official record of the cost/distance. Both drivers got me where I needed within 30 minutes - their driving culture is much faster than North America's and you may need to brace yourself for a lot of swerving in and out of different lanes with no light signals or warnings. Lots of honking the horn is common too. Neither of my drivers spoke English but we still managed just fine. I recommend bringing printed directions of how to get to your hotel from the airport via Google Maps as it will be listed with Chinese characters to help bridge the language barrier. It's also helpful to reconfirm with the return driver that he knows you need to go to the airport so I said "chee-chaw" or "see-chaw" which is "airport" in Mandarin. He picked me up from the hotel 3 hours before my flight which was plenty of time, even with the crazy Beijing rush hour traffic. Totally worth it!
