See what remains of the Berlin Wall as well as the war-damaged spire of the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. You’ll pass the German president’s official residence – Bellevue Palace (Schloss Bellevue) – and Berliner Dom (Berlin Cathedral) on Unter den Linden, a charming tree-lined pedestrian avenue that crosses the Spree river.

In the afternoon, explore the fascinating city in your spare time; your guide will offer recommendations on what to see. In the HafenCity quarter, admire the remarkable brick buildings of the Speicherstadt, a warehouse district transformed into offices, hotels, shops and residential buildings.

In St Pauli quarter, located on the Elbe’s north bank, watch the boats come in at Landungsbrücken (Landing Bridges). Then, learn more about Germany’s largest port and view the city from the water on a 1-hour harbor cruise. You’ll ferry past Köhlbrand Bridge, the Blohm and Voss shipyards, HafenCity and the picturesque warehouses along the way.

Your guide will offer recommendations for you to enjoy your evening at your leisure, such as a walk along the Reeperbahn – a famous street that's central to Hamburg’s nightlife, including the red light district once frequented by sailors.
