Met at the airport, on time. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Transfer was very good.
Our exprience was wonderful. We are seasoned travellers and it was a pleasure to avoid the hassle of airport taxis. The Van was well appointed, clean and suitable to our party. The driver was also very polite and knowledgable of the Berlin area and while we speak German, his english was impeccable. I would reccomend this service to any traveller and will use it again when we return to Berlin.

Car was more than satisfactory. Driver was waiting. Driver did not offer to help with luggage, requring me to carry bags up two flights of stairs at the airport. Would not recommend this service.
