We really enjoyed it, but some of the radios were not functioning.

My experience was a very frustrating one. I wasted a lot of time trying to locate where to get my voucher exchanged for a ticket. Offices were closed and some buses could not issue me a ticket. The two hour bus tour itself was quite satisfactory and my boat ride was nice.

We must complain about the audio. Very poor quality, both technically and verbally. What was good was the sightseeing, at least from the upper level.

When we were looking for the bus stop, there wasn't a sign for this bus and we had to ask around if we were in the right place. Every time the bus went over a bump the translation changed back to German and the sound went down. Many of the sets weren't working. People didn't understand that when they say the bus stops at 5:00 p.m., that the bus literally stops at the nearest bus stop at that time and off-loads all passengers. Make your own way back! Our bus driver was so busy dealing with people who thought that the last trip was at 5:00 p.m. at each of the stops that he wasn't still doing another round trip that we ended up only going half the distance.

Overall, we were very pleased. As usual, Viator does a great job. With that said, this tour has some areas for development. The audio was not in sync with the actual tour. For example, audio would indicate for us to look to the left at a monument and the tour bus had either already passed the monument or not yet arrived at the monument. We will continue to use Viator. Consistent quality.

Like similar trips, the commentary at times doesn't seem to match the ride and there are no opportunities for real photography.

The stop locations and times varied based on traffic and can be inconvenient. Also, the buses stop running early so you may find yourself catching the U-Bahn back across Berlin.

A good introduction to the city. You'll get a much better view if you can get on top deck. The earphones were OK, but the volume was a little low. I would much rather have had a live tour guide.

The audio tour was really not very informative. I found myself getting off at various stops and not being sure where I was.

It would have been convenient to join the bus at the stop adjacent to our hotel, but we had to log in and join at a stop that meant an 18 minute walk. The timing and quality of the bus trip was otherwise fine.
