Easy to redeem voucher, had no problems using the tickets. Enjoyed the river cruise. Perhaps would be very useful to have a location map as to where to board the cruise.
Only way to get around Berlin, it's so big! Very easy to find and description was great!

Great tour and the fact that it lasted for 48 hours seemed to be the longest tour offered by any of the operators. Every 10 minutes there was a bus and the information on the headsets was excellent. I would have no issues promoting this to others.
Great way to see the sights of Berlin. We had the 48 hour ticket. This was good value for money too see the major sights and get round the city. Would recommend to any visitors.
I had read that others had a problem with the tour company accepting Viator bookings or not honouring the 48 hour deal but we had no problem. The tour was well paced and informative. We would have preferred it to start earlier than and finish later, but that was not big problem.

I loved this tour and it was really wow! I recommend it to all who visit a city like Berlin.
1ST CLASS TOUR, WELL WORTH IT.
This tour was awesome! Stayed in a hotel right near the starting point of the tour, so it served as our city transportation. Had to ask someone to locate the correct tour operator, then had no trouble exchanging the vouchers. The commentary on the tour was interesting and the ease of hop on/off allowed visits to multiple locations. If we'd been able to stay in Berlin longer, we would definitely have used the information from the tour to decide what else to see there.
We were a family of nine people on this tour, from age seventeen to sixty, and everybody enjoyed it very much. The one-hour boat tour was the best part of it, and I would recommend that to everyone. I think the price is very reasonable too and I will definitely take another tour like this when I visit Berlin again.
One of the highlights of the trip. A great way to get an overview. I should have booked a second day so I could use the bus to return to the spots I wanted to tour in more detail....
Can I just say how easy the whole thing was. Right from booking on the internet to actually arriving at the collection point and taken round the city. Definitely 10 out of 10, the earphones that were supplied really helped, everything was explained to us in perfect english so we knew exactly where and when we wanted to get off the bus . Buses ran every few minutes and we never had long to wait to re-join the tour. Great time, great city. Would recommend Viator to everyone.
I strongly recommend this way of visiting a city when your time is limited. The buses arrive and leave on time, you can notice them from a distance. The tour is guided in about 13 languages, even in Polish. It is also well timed (I mean the object that is just being described is right in front of your eyes). The price is reasonable too! :-)

We used this as an inexpensive way to navigate around town. Good commentary in English and we thought it a bargain!
