Fantastic evening cruise - would recommend to anyone visiting Berlin. It was informative, relaxing, with stunning views of the city. On board staff extremely efficient. We did it twice!
This tour was amazing!
A lovely way to view Berlin. Food on board is delicious. Tour guide was very informative.
This was a great trip I would recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin ,the river at night has a magical feel
Loved this. Don't buy the meal ahead of time. They have a nice menu to choose from with a good range of prices. The guide spoke both German and English.
It was really great and informative. The tour guide was awesome.
Great tour. Very well described in English. The boat was very nice and had a lot of room. Very relaxing way to see the city

Geat evening cruise . Was a warm sunny evening , great value , recommend to all Berlin travellers.
Wonderfully relaxing way to spend an evening. We were not expecting English commentary, but when the guide learned we were from Texas he rolled out his English and gave us stories and information about all the sites. Berlin is another city on the river at night.
Well worth what we paid for the 3 hour evening trip. The tour took us past most of the famous Berlin sights and the boat was very comfortable. The only negative was the limited number of English descriptions of the tour.

I read the reviews and knew folks had a hard time finding the dock. We arrived early to ensure we could find it and I searched in google maps to get familiar with the area before our trip. The cruise was very nice, since we had been all over the city all day, and it was a good way to get food, and still move about. While the tour was in Germany, we did enjoy it a lot. We ate a-la-carte - the cost was comparable to other Berlin areas.
This was a great tour but then again Viator was not anywhere around and the cab had a hard time finding the dock. When we found the dock the cruise people again started to question the voucher and almost did not accept it. Viator has no people around for any of their tours.

We arrived at Jannowitzbrucke bridge but couldn't at first see where the boat left from. The office was behind some trees that had grown much in the spring. Perhaps a small map to show where to go with the booking confirmation needs to be included with your description.

Information was very well given in English. A pleasant, relaxing evening. Dinner was nicely served and well presented.
Very informative boat ride. The guide spoke in both German and English so it was very easy to follow along. Seeing the city from the water is a very different experience than walking around. If you are bothered by smoke, you may want to skip the upper deck as smoking both cigarettes and cigars is permitted. You may also want to skip a Friday or Saturday night due to stag parties. We had a very animated stag party which made the hearing the commentary a bit difficult at times.
A somewhat different way to see the hi-lights of Berlin. The other surprising thing was that it was nearly 3 hours long. I was not expecting that. I would have had something to eat on the boat if I would have known.
A lot of information on a 2-hour cruise. Berlin is interesting to see on the Spree.
Good trip and enjoyable evening. A bit short staffed but waiter did an admirable job. Guide difficult to hear at times and seemed to say a lot more in German than English but overall a good relaxing evening showing Berlin from a different aspect.
Great cruise but long...a few hours. After a while it became a bit redundant. The guide spoke in German and English and spent all of his time speaking German and little time speaking English. I believe this may have contributed to our boredom with the length of the ride.
